Oh... My... GOD!
FINALLY! *%$@! (continues spouting a slurry of profanity)

Sorry, but this has to have taken... what? One-Two months to do?
I admit it was allot of fun, but DAMN!
That was ALLOT of work!:O

Any ways, I digress...
Clams have gone from a minor brief mention in one of my old images (not posted) to an enormous class within what is probably an all new phylum unto it's self. Wost (or best, depending on how you look at it) of all, THIS ISN'T ALL OF THEM! :omg: :faint: :ohnoes:
I still have four/five more left to finish & (maybe) post (including the kahydront 'clam', vermiform clams(of which there are terrestrial & freshwater), & two different types of boring ('drilling', not 'unamusing' ) 'clams'.) Then there's the 'crab', who's image is also unfinished. Then I have a 'spider' & a floating predatory invertebrate called a "flap-face".
Plus I'm also contemplating redrawing & mapping out the Snaiad 'mites' (which include some called 'fucker-fleas' ).
Invertebrates are surprising hard to concoct, but once I'm started, it's hard to stop...
...or to keep going, depending on where in the process I'm in. :X

I also need to post the two Eurochaete worms I drew for Snaiad (thing 'earth-worms' & 'sand worms' ).

Well, Nemo, you wanted invertebrates & here's your invertebrates! ...With more on the way mind you!
(It looks like exoskeletons will have developed several times independently on Snaiad. Trikes will soon need to watch their backs!)

P.S.
If any one finds any typ-o's please, PLEASE point them out!

I really like this - giving close, detailed attention to the little critters that most people would overlook.

But, on an academic note - never cite Wikipedia as a reference. It's great to get general knowledge on a subject, but bad to use for scholarly work - especially given that a Wikipedia page can change several times within minutes, or even seconds.

Wow!! This is one of the most amazing exobiological pages I've seen! If this just covers the 'Clams', the rest od Sniad must be HUGE!!! I can't wait to see what you and Nemo come up with next!

Yah... I've heard that before... but, hell, It's not like I'm sending this to an academic committee or to my teachers.
I Try and site my sources regardless of what they are, just so that they know that I'm giving them credit where credit is due.
It's more out of personal duty... I guess.

That large foot is used like a snail's. & drawing is actually not oriented realistically. Rather then vertically, the animal creeps horizontally (like said mollusc).
